Rumdel Cape established a bursary scheme in 2004, which has produced 11 technically qualified individuals who are currently employed by the company, and 13 students who are studying through universities and technical universities.


Bursaries are awarded on an annual basis and are an essential part of providing opportunities compatible with our growth strategy and objective of achieving a management profile more representative of the demographic profile of South Africa.


Management and operational skills are taught through a structured mentorship and learnership programme. Our training scheme focuses on specific skills training by accredited training providers, as well as on going workplace training carried out by our own trainers
