The development of small enterprises is in line with the new Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act of 2000 (PPPFA), which was issued on the 20th of January 2017. These regulations were revised in order to align with the changes to B-BBEE legislation. The regulations encourage the relationship between small enterprises and larger entities, particularly through sub-contracting in order to build up these enterprises.

Rumdel Cape have already subcontracted to Nkazinet, who are currently working on projects together with Rumdel Cape.

Part of the Rumdel Cape vision is to assist with the training and development of individuals in the SMMEs as well as the mentorship of owners in the art of running a business. We feel that this new enterprise development strategy aligns with the vision for SMMEs and will help us grow together with these three enterprises.
